Note:

1. Select "Yes" if you have registered as one of the TPS Customers.
Pilih "Yes" apabila sudah pernah mendaftar sebagai salah satu Customer TPS.
2. Select "No" if you have never registered as one of the TPS Customers.
Pilih "No" apabila sama sekali belum pernah mendaftar sebagai salah satu Customer TPS.
3. Select "Confirmation Email" if you want to resend confirmation link on your email.
Pilih "Confirmation Email" apabila ingin mengirim tautan konfirmasi email ke email Anda.
