TPS READY TO IMPLEMENT THE EXPORT ONLINE BOOKING

Surabaya - After successfully implementing Online Booking import since July 2018, now TPS is ready to launch an export online booking which is currently still being conducted trial since July 2018.

"Later this online booking export will take effect on November 1, 2018," said M. Soleh, Kahumas PT TPS.

Online booking is an online-based service provided by TPS via Clique247 which is available on the www.tps.co.id website, where service users can order services both export and import anytime and anywhere without having to come to the TPS service office, so the process is easier, faster and more accurate.

This is one of the innovations conducted by TPS in terms of improving service excellence to service users. TPS also provides several computers at the customer service counter to support the trial of this online booking, where TPS customer service officers will provide tutorials directly to service users about how to operate online bookings.

Previously, Thursday (4/10), TPS also provided socialization as well as sharing session to service users related to the implementation of this online booking. The event was held at Hotel Aria Surabaya and was attended by approximately 22 shipping companies. "Through this socialization program, we want to respond and answer all customer questions and complaints during the trial and apply this online booking," said Soleh.
