For improving the level of service, TPS has provided the Document Service Center in one building with the Customs Office and associated Banks. TPS has also provided a separate facility for Shipping Lines to process the document of vessel arrival/departure.
As a company which provides services, TPS is well aware that the customers, satisfaction is the key of success, therefore, TPS regularly conducts meeting with customers and business persons to gain more information and inputs for the purpose of improving the level of service.
