FAQ

1. PROBLEM : I cant log in.

If the problem is that your password is incorrect, check your caps lock key. The password is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as submitted. If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password". Input your email address and click "Send Password". Your old password will be sent to your email address. If you continue to have problems, please contact the Support Desk.

2. ERROR MESSAGE : Login Invalid.

Please check your input for field "username" or field "password". Maybe there is misspelling or typing errors.

3. ERROR MESSAGE : Username is not active.

Your username is not activated yet, please contact administrator.

4. ERROR MESSAGE : running deposit customer only.

Only customer with payment type running deposit can make this job order.

5. ERROR MESSAGE : Child Class isnt valid.

Please create User Class for child user first.Mouse over on "Management" menu and click on "User Class" menu.
