Service Improvement

TPS as a service company regards the level of customers' satisfaction as the measurement of the success. Regular meetings with all terminal users provide Management with the necessary feedback to further improve the levels of service provided.

Over the past years much has been done to improve the levels of service provided to clients. These actions include improvements in crane handling rates, virtual elimination of vessel waiting time for a berth, improved customer complaints and information and revised security procedures.

The introduction of continuous working, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week has been possible as a result of increased emphasis on training and motivation of the workforce.
